Santa Rosa Valley

Santa Rosa Valley is a rural unincorporated community, named after the eponymous valley in which it lies, located in Ventura County. It is a portion of the City of Camarillo, and is located right north of Newbury Park, between Thousand Oaks and Camarillo. Most of the area consists of agricultural lands and it is home to a variety of wildlife such as bobcats, gray foxes, mule deer, coyotes, and more. The city has a population of about 3,334 people, with 87% of them being Caucasian; the resident median age is 49 years old. Most children attend schools in Camarillo within the Pleasant Valley School District.

Santa Rosa Valley has some impeccable real estate. Homeowners receive a lot more land and a more upscale home for their money, because of its distance from the city.
