Tony has had his real estate Broker's license since 1983. His career has included a vast level of real estate experience (both residential and commercial); including architectural design, interior design, staging & presenting properties for sale, buying-selling & developing millions of dollars of properties, and of course representing numerous clients (including celebrities and pro-athletes) in their real estate needs.

Tony's expertise is finding the hidden value in properties for both sellers and buyers. Whether the property is under-built, over-built, distressed, outdated, too big, too small, or otherwise unusual or unconventional for the neighborhood, he is able to devise the perfect marketing plan or purchase advice for his clients. Tony also specializes in advising builders, developers and investors. Helping them to maximize their investment potential in all types of properties…new construction, flips, major remodels. Having personally developed millions of dollars of remarkable properties over the years, gives him unparalleled expertise in this market.

Lisa has over 20 years of design experience and has had the privilege to work for many pro-athletes and those in the entertainment industry. She really can do it all-from staging a home to sell; assisting you in picking out the right pieces of furniture, to designing your entire home remodel, or re-imagining your space and using what you already have. She has a very special eye for detail and design. Lisa grew up in Chicago and from a young age was always around construction and design due to her families’ rental properties. Lisa believes that design does not need to be expensive…on the contrary…hiring a designer is very cost effective and time saving for a client. She does all that she can to make sure that the design process is a stress free and enjoyable experience for all her clientele.

Lisa can work within any budget to give you that “WOW” factor you wish to achieve, and will do it with honesty and integrity...with some fun and laughter thrown in, and hopefully, no tears!
